Was this property something else before?
For years this shoreline welcomed guests as Coconut Cove Hotel, a small waterside inn travelers knew as early as the early 2000s. Around late 2011 the property went quiet. In 2012 it was purchased and renovated, then reopened in January 2013 as Exuma Beach Resort, with an on-site gathering place that became Latitudes. Operations closed in 2020.
